We at Be The Change training believe that autistic and other neurodivergent people have much to offer in the workplace and deserve the understanding and compassion that will support them to thrive.
We offer in-house training to help organisations to step up to current social value expectations, to create a safe and compassionate working environment for all employees, and to benefit from the unique skillsets of those on the autism spectrum.
